Ralph is a Florida native with a demonstrated commitment to his community. He taught science and mathematics in his hometown of St. Petersburg and participated in the design and implementation of a program making college-level and college-preparatory courses more accessible to underprivileged students. His commitment to education continued in law school where he was part of a committee that kept his school’s practices in step with other prestigious schools. He also worked with a professor in analyzing trends in clinical legal education and its place within the law school curriculum.
The environment is one of Ralph’s passions. While teaching, he developed biology and chemistry lesson plans to focus on environmental and ethical issues. He served as a legal intern with the National Wildlife Federation and was a postgraduate fellow with the Great Lakes Environmental Law Center. He currently serves as Special Counsel to the Emerald Coast Wildlife Refuge.
A background that includes studying physics, philosophy, and public health has equipped Ralph to understand and connect with his community, analyze issues critically, and provide thoughtful solutions. His accolades at national moot court competitions and his legal experience with the federal government, a large law firm, and various public interest groups make him an effective advocate for clients of any size.
