Vicki Gordon Kaufman and her family have lived and worked in Tallahassee for over 30 years.

Her practice has specifically focused on the area of administrative law, with particular emphasis on utility law and regulation. She has frequently appeared before the Florida Public Service Commission on complex regulatory matters and has also appeared before the Division of Administrative Hearings and state and federal courts on issues affecting telecommunications companies, electric utilities, gas utilities, and water and waste water utilities.

Her expertise and institutional knowledge of the regulatory and legal challenges facing utility industries has been gained over the years as she has worked with the many stakeholders and regulators involved with these industries.
